Shaun M. Lyons, was born in New Hyde Park, New York.  He graduated from Villanova University and attended Temple University for his real estate brokerage license.  Mr. Lyons began his career in real estate working for an international real estate brokerage company and eventually a local development company.

Mr. Lyons had been investing in commercial real estate since 2002 and most recently started trading as Lyons Real Estate Capital LLC, which was formed in 2024.  Lyons Real Estate Capital is the equity general partner in each and every investment.  The company’s focus is providing equity, resources, management and financing experience in each transaction.  All while creating a transparent partnership focused on collaborative growth.

Prior to the formation of Lyons Real Estate Capital, Mr. Lyons owned and operated Precision Realty Group, LLC a full service commercial real estate brokerage company, which opened in 2006 and sold in 2020.

Mr. Lyons launched PRG Commercial LLC, in 2024 with the mindset that successful real estate brokerage requires an ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.  By creating an ownership partnership designed for the brokerage team would create the most fair, favorable and profitable outcome to all parties.

Mr. Lyons has received real estate and business honors such as Costar Power Broker, Costar Power Firm, Philadelphia Business Journal 40 under 40, South Jersey Real Estate Magazine, Golf Business “Staying Above Water” and highlighted on the Travel Channel Hotel Impossible.

Mr. Lyons was inducted in Villanova Hall of Fame in 2022 for football.  Mr. Lyons was Captain of the Villanova Football Team where he was a Four-Year Starter, Three Time All Conference and All ECAC Player.  Mr. Lyons led his team each year in tackles and one of three players to record over 400 tackles (420).

Mr. Lyons is on the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation Board, Villanova Football Club Board and Villanova Varsity Club Board.

Mr. Lyons resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Julie Lyons, son’s Wyatt Lyons, Bryce Lyons and daughter Alivya Lyons.
